A nice surprise as you walk in. The place is huge and has a garden like area near the back also. They have food in the cabinet and on the counter, which look delicious. We only ordered coffees this time and the coffee was full flavoured. Parking could be challenging in this area when it's busy
Consistently awesome! Im from Wellington and Ristretto is my go-to Auckland Cafe with my retired parents. The food is awesome, the people are awesomely friendly and parking around the back is plentiful. Helpful tip - try the French Toast... sooo nice.
What an epic spot. It’s quite easy to miss Ristretto from the road as it’s a little hidden away, but don’t let that deter you. Walk inside and a nice spacious haven awaits. Cute little central spot. Outdoor area is nice and not too loud inside. Lovely friendly staff. The male batista made me a beautiful coffee and the carrot cafe is SO GOOD.

Pleased to find this lovely cage in Royal Oak. Slightly obscured from street but worth looking out for. Easy parking either on street or 2 hr car park on East side of Manukau Rd. Warm welcome. Pleasing art work on walls. Nice fresh and faux flower displays. Small and larger tables plus couches. Clean comfortable surroundings. Kiddies play area out the back. Magazines whilst a little dated just fun to browse thru reminding me there was household chores awaiting me. Yummy display of cabinet food and huge menu on wall. We had mocca tea chocolate caramel slice and the freshest carrot cake ever. Staff polite friendly and attentive. Eager to return for breakfast. Wheel chair access. Tables not cramped together..cold water readily available. well done keep up the good work
