The lady at the check out needed to be reminded to put what I just bought into a bag. She smeede dot occupied by something else. No customer service whatsoever. That's a star lost.
I went there for the third time and my prescription was still not ready to get picked up. Frist it was the wrong description and they would send me a text when it's ready. After three days I decided to come back. I was told they need to unpack the orders. Came back the next day and it is still not ready. Still have to wait and I did not even get an apology for that. Very disappointed.
I was served by a girl named Hiral! She was so kind and smelled really good and I asked her how and she helped me build a whole routine! She went above and beyond and I really appreciated her work. She’s a very pretty girl and please pass my thanks to her
Went into the store today and was greeted and helped by such a lovely young lady named Taylor. She was incredibly professional and kind, I will forever recommend this store thanks to Taylor!
The Staff are very friendly and helpful especially when you have difficulty finding an item. Well set out and easy to move around the shop. Great at informing you when your prescriptions are ready.

Amazing customer service and prices. I hope in future the store will be better stocked with items although if you call them in advance, they can order the item in. It arrives the following day.
Very good service - they matched an on-line chemists price. Also spoke to the pharmacist about the free prescription service. Staff were friendly and I will shop there for all my needs based on their price matching/beating policy.
rude, younger girls at counter were rude. my friend brought silver hair dye for her hair and it turned it yellow. she even asked the ladies about which one they would recommend, terrible customer service. it tooks her 5 months to get her hair to be silver & this product that they recommended ruined her hair. when i called them asking about it, i asked for a refund or a different type of hairdye that will help dye it silver. they just told us they couldnt do that, we told them we could come in with the box and reciept but they refused and hung up. 0/5 stars
Wanting to show my appreciation to the pharmacist Mr. Park. I came in wanting to address a rather sensitive martial issue that I’ve been experiencing for the past 4 years. He was understanding and reassuring and sorted me out quick! Will be coming back again!
