   Hello, I came into plumbing world this morning with my nephew who was from the UK looking for plumbing material. We were greeted by a chap who i think was called Keith. He was brilliant. He was knowledgeable about exactly what we needed and was able to work out the NZ equivalent supplied. He discussed our needs and was able to show us where the resources were. His customer service was excellent, very customer centred . He was attention to us and when we were pondering over something, he politely asked if he could go and serve another customer but would come back to us which he promptly did. Thank you so much. We will certainly be discussing this great service to our friends and family, and suggest they come to Plumbing world.
