   Conveniently located.. Dated interior.. Hasn't changed much since it's completion in the late 90's..with some newer asset add ons for accommodation added on over the years, the most recent one is Horizon hotel just completed late 2025. The casino has a RTD on Pokies that IMHO is not generous so go for fun only. Plenty of underground parking but casual parking be warned that charge rates are expensive so unless your a gambler, or a hotel guest, your exit bill can be steep. The sky tower has revolving restaurant and buffet and there are small discounts available if you book ahead or are dinning up there. As this is a centrally located establishment it is a key attraction to casual gamblers and tourists... The hill up from queen Street is steep and I would avoid the walk if your are elderly and out of condition. Take a taxi or bus from lower queen Street to get there.

   Fabulous experience. Our bed was superb, pillows divine and the buffet breakfast absolutely top notch! The free upgrade to a Super King Balcony room made it just a little more special. The staff were amazing and very accommodating in all 3 of Sky City's Hotels. Sadly, the only thing that let you down was a staff member at the buffet breakfast on The Terrace of The Grand; an older gentlemen of Asian decent, wiping seats and then immediately wiping table tops with the same cloth. I would've thought that was hospitality 101 and a no brainer when it comes to hygiene... Sorry, but he stole your fifth star!

   CASINO REVIEW Don't know what happened to the memberships but the parking has changed - used to be able to park free a few times a year with your membership, now you have to spend atleast $40 on gaming to get half price parking and $100 for free parking. Food is good, enjoyed that. Live band the Friday night we went and that was pretty cool. But yeah, the parking thing throws me. Probs won't go as often now, rather play online where parking is free no matter how much you spend.

   Handy spot for where we needed to be. Rooms a great size and very comfortable. Only down side was the fact that reception staff seems lacking in knowledge regarding a request on my booking. Supervisor wasn't helpful even after spending 2 days trying to rectify the issue. Ruined our trip and won't be staying there again. Casino staff upstairs and the housekeeping staff very helpful. Front of desk needs some work.Can only suggest if you have an agreed promotion that you check it will be adhered to.

   From the time we walked in the door to leaving three nights. All staff have been fantastic going well above expectations of service, nothing has been a problem. From cleanliness of our room. To asking at the desk multiple little questions all answered with a smile. To a lovely gentleman shifting our car for us. Casino staff helpful and freindly. And we had all meals at the Food Republic absolutely delicious , the cheesecake was perfection, and once again staff which were busy were freindly and helpful. Thankyou for a lovely visit will definitely be back.

   King suite on H6 looking towards harbour. Bed large and very comfortable. Quiet room. Bathroom with basic amenities and rain head shower. Room has very basic amenities but it's missing some very simple items like cutlery in the room and a coffee plunger and coffee. Crazy carpet design runs through the whole hotel.

   Very nice room, feels like newly refurbished. Really good buffet breakfast. Loved my stay. Only downside is came for a very short business visit. Would love to stay longer. :)
