Very careless staff, I had to wait for 10 min to get my chips. I had to mention 3 times that I don’t need salt. And they cooked twice they added salt to my chips and even they don’t apologise they look very careless and unhappy. I got uncooked chips at the end. The tall white girl made bad facial expressions when I said I need with out salt
Just thought i’d like to mention the very pretty girl today. Amazing customer service pretty smile piercings and she had beautiful lashes to. i was a little nervous to be served by her only because i have social anxiety. But she welcomed me with a warm smile. she showed me cheaper alternatives for the meal i wanted which was very helpful. I took awhile to order of course she did not sigh nor complain it really does make a difference to your day with kindness and patience. beautiful inside and out wish i got her name but food was served quick nice and hot the restaurant was very clean. I also noticed she served two elders (couple) gentle customer service took her time and offered another drink for their meal because they were going to share just one absolutely kind. Definitely will come back to see her and would love to be served by her again. Thank you KFC Westcity for the kindness and hospitality please give recognition to the girl i mentioned absolutely amazing:).

Visiting over for Australia. Must say the food is fresh, tasty and delicious. Can definitely taste the difference. Staff were attentive, welcome and accurate with my order. Very happy & satisfied with my experience
Slow. Forgetibg orders. Not wiping down tables or refilling kiosk so people can order. I got two sauces at it took 15mins
Had to wait for half a hour for my meal to be ready and there hardly anyone around very slow and when customers started there orders they also had to wait even longer it was just poor management of serving
Well, ya'll guessed it. Bad chicken & Service, no difference there. What I can't understand is those stupid Self service ordering machines. These things are at most major fast food outlets and takes so fricken long to order through this thing than to have a human take my order. ????? And it's not age versus technology, it's awareness.
Had to wait over an hour wait for my food even though the people who ordered after me were getting their food. The chicken was lukewarm and dry and in the end they didn’t get my order right. As I sat down I could see people all around me with literal steaming hot chicken , where as mine was borderline barely like warm and almost coke in the middle . This left me very unsatisfied and left me very disappointed :(
