I’ve been visiting this salon every 6 months (since 2022) and have always been impressed with their permanent straightening service. The team are friendly and also considerate, ensuring I have a peaceful experience when I’m feeling tired and need some quiet time.
Cheap price, but when I went there they did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted to have a hair cut. My hair is not suitable to be cut too short, as advised by other hair studios I have been to. However, they did not listen to this instruction and ended up cut way too short. I was really mad at the lady and ended up she gave me a $5 discount. However, this was a horrific experience. It does not matter if you gave me a $5 discount, but you have already messed up and there was no point giving me a discount of $5. I was extremely disappointed since I was warning her extremely many times along the way and before the hair was cut and she simply did not listen to me. At the end she was laughing at me and still didn't realise she was wrong and say it is "fine". Unfortunately, no, it is not. I was about to go to my friend's wedding ceremony; that's why I went to your salon to get my hair done and you messed up. I cannot say more that NEVER go here.

These guys can not microblade I was traumatized after my experience here and learned they gave my eyebrows 2 tails. Luckily I was blessed and found "Amanda Guerin" who managed to fix the mess and make my brows look amazing! Do not go here you will regret it!
didnt listen to what I wanted done and cut my hair an inch too short on my forehead even after I said it was the length I wanted. spent an hour sobbing because they messed it up so bad.
