   Terrible customer service! I walked in there both staff were sitting down did not acknowledge me when waiting at the till, said hello the 1 employee continued scrolling on their phone, the other just sat down starring at me. They we so rude, they didn't say hello, or how can I help or anything (it visually looks like they hate their jobs and their customers). I had to ask if I could please order and it seemed like an inconvenience to get a paying customer. Last year or longer ago the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, where are people like that? Never going there again.

   Even though the chef is working very hard to make the food taste great, the customer service spoils it all. Very rude and unfriendly owner, makes a point of making people wait and general vibe of “I don’t feel like serving you and it’s all below me”. Dear owner , plz hire someone who actually appreciates regular paying customers and the shop wouldn’t be so empty all the time .

   It is a small place . Food is good and can call above average. But ambience and hygiene is not upto mark. Their toilet and wash area is poorly maintained.. The cleanliness of kitchen too bothering.

   The food was bad, and the service was terrible as well. One item was ordered, and another item was delivered. My biriyani was terrible. This restaurant is not one I suggest. The entire dish was wasted.

   I was reading some 1star reviews... all from people with a bunch a reviews only who complain about customer service... I Actually would like to PRAISE the customer service as, the guy who served us was very nice, not arrogant at all, very welcoming and nice to have around... it seems people put 1star review just for having a bad day on their own... bah... anyway: great customer service and easily extremely tasty food. We both will be back. Highly recommended

   Had kulchan chana. Awsome taste. Quantity of chana and curd were ok ok which means they can add up to that. Apart from that , staff was really quick n nice.
