   I have never been to a Nando's and not received timely service. Wait times are often 30 minutes or greater for small orders. I have never had staff come to me to explain the long wait or check in with us on how the meal is going. I often look around and see seating available for 100+ customers, yet only 10% or fewer of the seats are occupied. How do they expect a full house with wait times under one or even two hours with how they manage orders? Good luck! This is a scenario where your expectation of greatness far exceeds your reality. People are not coming in for a reason. Worse, it's not the first time I've been to a Nando's restaurant and had food poisoning. The first time was a separate location, nonetheless, so I thought I would simply avoid that restaurant. For this instance my wife was fine with her vege wrap, and same for the last visit, so it comes down to my chicken. The chicken appeared to be cooked well, so I can only speculate either poor hygiene practices or the chicken had gone bad. I even used hand sanitizer prior to my meal. I can adamantly say I will never visit a Nando's again.

   I had a very disappointing experience at Nando’s St Lukes today. The salad I received contained multiple pieces of lettuce that were clearly discoloured, soft, and already going bad. When I politely asked for a replacement, the staff simply told me, “It’s just lettuce,” even though the vegetables were visibly spoiled. What’s worse, the replacement salad they brought out still had the same problem — more brown, deteriorating lettuce. For a nationwide chain, this level of food quality and care is completely unacceptable. If I had eaten it, I could have ended up with stomach pain or bloating, especially since I am currently unwell. This shows a serious issue with food handling and basic kitchen standards at this branch. Very disappointed with both the food and the customer service.

   Great food, great service and loved the ambience as well. As a fan of spicy food, this is my go to place nowadays. The peri peri chicken is nothing but the best. Loved it to the core. If u love spicy food, give it a try.

   it was a very good experience. The half chicken was quite large and satisfying. The service was also impressive — we received a warm greeting as soon as we walked in. The staff smiled, handed us menus, and asked if it was our first time visiting. Their friendly and welcoming attitude really set a positive tone for the meal.

   The lady who standing in front of reception is very arrogant and dont understand human feelings, she is kind of indirect way of blackmailing , very disappointed , 1000000 times.

   We ordered a whole chicken and waited nearly 1 hour, they told me the wait is about 30 mins and I was fine with that, but one hour later they served me the whole chicken come like a charcoal, all the skin is burnt... it taste bitter all the way through the chicken, it cost me 58 dollars and we ate only half of the value of food and it tasted unpleasant... very disappoint... I will never come to nandos again... I think covid and new zeland government have killed many business, now I think nandos is going to go down that road too if you guys don't keep your quality up...
