   We stayed last night as we had the races at ellerslie. Our room was great. Spacious, very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were lovely and free parking. Breakfast was very nice. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone

   We recently had two nights here with the Luke Combs concert in between. We had a really nice King Suite and found the location very central for our needs. Staff were very friendly and both breakfasts were great. We would stay at this location again and would recommend to others to stay there.

   My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and the location, near Cromwell Park, was ideal for exploration. There is a woolworth store nearby. The added convenience of car parking was definitely a plus point. Overall, I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and convenient accommodation option.

   Stayed here for 3 nights. It is in a great location, really central to everything and close to Cornwall Park for walks etc. The included breakfast was delicious! Be warned there are stairs everywhere. We are fine with stairs but something to consider if you're not. The carpets look like they could do with a deep clean. The room was clean ish.. Walls light switches, behind doors needed cleaning. Net curtains had mould. Room smelt faintly of stale cigarettes. No face cloths! The room was a great size though and the bed was comfy. Even though the windows are single glazed the road noise wasn't a problem and we slept soundly. We would stay here again!

   Stayed for 2 nights, rate was very reasonable, however onsite car parking was a unexpectedly additional cost (street parking not advisable as road is a clearway). I found the staff friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean, had a small kitchenette, fridge, jug, coffee maker, ironing board and iron. TV had sky channels. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Bed was large and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again

   I decided to book this place from the VIP recommendation on Expedia. It didn't disappointment. For $134 we got a comfortable bed, clean room, very quiet, dark and spacious. Plus 2 x continental breakfasts.

   1 Star, party next door, bass so loud through the thin hotel walls. Left just before 10pm same day I checked in. Asked for a partial refund. Got hardly anything back. There was construction scaffolding down the side of the hotel, you have to park out the back, $15 per day for this. Will never stay here again and if you want to a nice quite stay go some where else.

   Stayed here quite a few times for work, unfortunately every time I have stayed the 7am breakfast is never open until about 7:15, not the best start to the day when you need to get to work The breakfast menu is very expensive so would be best to have the free continental one. The rooms are comfortable and have a good selection of sky programs. There is a lot of building work happening at this motel so parking is a premium! My apologies, I did mean 7am, this was typo. Thanks for responding

   Nice clean rooms serviced well. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was disappointing and inadequate for the price charged. Listed at 9/10 minutes walk to train but in reality was 15 minutes at a quick walking pace.
