The lady on reception was so rude I had a lady say I can go Infront of her only to have this rude lady call me chick and tell me to sit down she is completely rude and I've never had someone apologise for there behaviour then under there breath call me chick and wait in line , unbelievable
There is No Option to give 0 Rating so i put 1 star. I really don’t know any of the staff member over there but the one lady sit on reception on Tuesday during closing time. Really really bad service . I went to over there to ask just a single question that the document i have is from your medical centre or other.. she said we are close system close she not even ready to see the document i have .. the way she said come tomorrow is so disrespectful.. i do under a 0 Tolerance policy for abuse however we not abuse anything just kindly ask a question Greet as well, but their response like that soo disrespectful. Very bad. I will never ever come over there and not even recommend anyone.
I just like to offer many many thanks to front line staff, and the Lady doctor who manage to see me at 4 yesterday , being a customer of many years, I guess by looking at me helped, So once again a big Thank you,
Never had a bad experience there. Staff are always clear, friendly and doing their best
absolute disgrace just the same as all healthcare in NZ, called for an appointment regarding a lump in my thought struggling to breathe. cant get in an appointment for 4 weeks. not sure whats going on but this is 3rd world
On the month of the 12/2020 I went to Ora Toa Takapuwahia Medical centre for medical assistance. I was very pleased with the support that was given to me. The staff were very knowledgeable and they were able to provide me with the support and care that I needed. Thank you.
