   Poor customer service. Ignored multiple customers clearly waiting with 4-5 staff behind the counter. One customer taking 5+ minutes to order, no initiative shown to offer pick-up orders whilst the customer looks at the menu. Can the store look at training staff for multi-tasking, so that it reduces waiting times?

   I’ve ordered from Domino’s Onehunga multiple times and they never disappoint. The food is absolutely excellent – always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The service is outstanding too. Staff are friendly, efficient, and clearly care about getting things right. And the delivery driver is awesome – always punctual, polite, and professional. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to keep coming back.    Worst experience! I ordered Spicy Garlic naan pizza and found no spring onions on it (mentioned in the description that it comes with spring onions), pizza was cold and dry. The store is getting worse with every passing day… I literally want my money back this time as this has happened multiple times but I never made a fuss about it!!! Just wasting my money everytime only to give this store another chance.

   ordered a vegetarian pizza. it turned up with meat on it. the phones have deliberately been left off the hook so i cant call them to say so. this particular branch seems quite content with providing poor service and if i were domino's i would consider new management.

   After making an online order for delivery i received a call and asked to come in to pick up a cash refund with the excuse of being too late to order. After letting them know i was Isolated and that would be impossible i was passed off to someone else that asked me how they could help... eventually i was told the order will be completed. It was 1hour and 40mins before i received my order. And not a single item was correct. Had to throw everything away due to allergies. I have been given vouchers for things i cant eat as a "sorry" its now been over a week and still haven't received a refund. Terrible service all around. Find a pizza hutt or hells instead
