Really happy with the ceramic coating and the work done to our car. I wasn't expecting much with the chips and scratches, but even they came out looking much better than expected. My son has been learning to drive in a tired 2006 BMW 1. Having had it for almost two years, we've realised it's in good condition and worth keeping to get him through University. His 18th is coming up, so we reached out to Final Touch to discuss options and they completed the work this week. To say the transformation is amazing is too few words. For one, I hadn't realised the car had metallic paint. The restoration has brought a real sparkle back to the whole car. We had the work done while my son was away, and then did the reveal yesterday. The look on his face was worth every cent. The ceramic coating will help keep the car in good order while it's stored at home, and he can enjoy giving it a quick wash when he's home - and then spend time driving it, rather than detailing it. Great work FT, you've gone above and beyond my expectations. It is also important to note that at the handover, the guys took some real time to give care instructions and make sure I knew what to expect. It was clear that they took a real pride in their work and offered some genuine after care advice. They know their stuff, and I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.
Erik is a great guy, the car detailing itself was great and mostly the car looked fantastic. Not sure how stonechips were done looked like paint had been just dabbed into chips.. not quite what I was expecting or what's shown on the Finaltouch promotional video using airbrush etc and getting a excellent finish, which is why I choose Finaltouch. So little disappointed with stonechip fix.

I'm very happy with work done and it was a lot of work done! Considering the number of hours Erik put into this, the cost of products and the equipment/facility - this was very good value for money. Important first to set context and critically set expectations. I've had my car for a few months getting mechanical elements sorted. It is 36 years old and just over 20 years ago it went into storage - a barn/shed. The interior really needed cleaning - especially the carpets. Erik did a very good job here - it is vastly better - the old smell is gone and it looks fresh. Some old marks didn't come off and it is difficult because it is a beige interior. But this is about managing expectations. It is a 36 year old car that has been used - it will never be like a new car unless we do a nut and bolt restoration. In terms of the exterior work again it is about being realistic and understanding the purpose. The paintwork on the car was good to start with. The front was repainted about 25 years ago and the rear is in good condition - so I was not looking for a transformation - but ceramic coating it to protect it. The car looks great and it is protected - but it is not those dramatic transformations commonly seen on YouTube as the starting point was good. Remember also many of those YouTube videos involve a crew of six people working on a detailing transformation to showcase their capabilities but that would realistically cost a fortune. Erik works hard to understand the customer's needs and is very open about managing expectations. Also Erik dropped me to the station when I left the car at his premises. Erik is great to deal with as a car enthusiast too.
Beautiful result from Erik restoring my cloudy sun damaged old headlights back to life new. The residual cloudiness you see is some trapped moisture on the inside. Nothing to do with the job. Great value too. Great service at a great price.
