    Waited ages for a burnt burger and tasteless chips. Oh, the food from this place is yuk. I should have read the other reviews before going here first. How are these people still in business? I doubt that the food is even safe to eat. Do yourself a favour and avoid Downlow. This place is down below any other place in the way of food that I've ever paid good money for. I see the toilet in my near future.

    The fried chicken was excellent, so were the fries and shakes. Unfortunately I also ordered a beef burger to try.. It was tiny, mid rare (not a bad thing if I’m expecting it..), and unseasoned. It’s a shame to bite into a burger the size of a maccas cheeseburger (but $10 more) with less flavour. Service was fast enough I guess? At least it was freshly cooked. But for the $55 it cost to feed myself and my wife it definitely didn’t feel like it was worth the price.

    Bread stale and a cheap supermarket bun and tiny sausage.very Basic and bland. Extremely Overpriced. Kids burger came with onions so of course they wouldnt touch it. Burger buns not cooked. Food cold. Disappointment!

    overpriced, waited ages (2.45pm and mall was dead) and food was tasteless. double cheese burger was dripping in oil and the kids burger was pink on the middle. chips were mostly crumbs like would be skimmed off the top of a fryer. staff had not desire to be there and told an old man to order on the self service instead of helping him at the counter after he was waiting about 5min. he understandably walked off. we definitely won’t be back.

    Depressing meal. Got the double smash burger combo with bacon added to it for $24. Tiniest portion and the patties were absolutely burnt, definitely not charred or Crispy like the usual smash burger. Burnt taste throughout the whole burger. Fries were meh. Save your taste buds and money and just go to McDonald's right next to it or burgerfuel down the street.

    Um wow. 44 min wait on Thursday night. Both burgers were burnt and couldn't be eaten. Chip's average. Don't waste your money or time. While I was waiting, people were returning their meals too..

    Got a fried chicken burger combo and a fried chicken combo. Fried chicken combo came with 4 boneless pieces of chicken which were heading to a burnt level and were tiny, no sauce and overall combo was $17. Fried chicken burger sauce on burger was meant to be mild but was way too spicy and small combo was $21. For the price and size I wouldn't go back it has great potential but are just not getting there which is a shame as it's hard to find fried good boneless chicken in wellington and eventhough it was heading to burnt you could taste that if perfectly cooked it'd be amazing
