Terrible place to stay, noise, really old facility, limit data Wi-Fi, camping table as a dining table, ripped sofa, horrible shower. I really want guve half stsr or maybe 1/4 but can't
The hotel is clean and not fancy. The kindness and service more than makes up for any glamour. Rose and Dennis went way above and beyond when the Auckland airport flooded.
Highly recommended accommodation. Great location (12 minutes Uber ride from the airport), on main arterial roads to Auckland's CBD. Spacious rooms with a well equipped kitchenette (fridge, hotplates, microwave, jug & toaster). Great roomy bathroom with great water pressure in the shower and a separate toilet. Room with all expected modcoms like TV, DVD player (with a DVD library at reception) and WiFi. Clean and tidy. Free on site parking. Best of all - great service from the caring owners. Their generous advice and help were a great comfort in our recent trip to Auckland, where we got 'trapped' during the 27/01/23 floods and airport closure. Can't praise them enough.
Rooms are clean Not modern but ok for worker overnight. Noise from road and wharf was loud, had to sleep with earplugs. The manager who left key out for me was lovely, very caring staff. Nice place for work stop. Ps, restaurant next door has great food
