   I stayed here with husband for 2 nights to attend eye procedure, there was no milk, only creamer sachets, tea n coffee was not restocked, and no tea towel, we had to ask for new towels on day 2. The fridge had not been wiped out, dish cloth was grubby and inside of shower had not been cleaned for a long time, not good, my husband said his bed was very hard and the pillows were really heavy, I slept without one. Having a back door made the room easy to cool down and out room had very good blinds which gave us privacy as well as blocked light after my surgery.

   This is my preferred motel when I stay in Auckland, as I often do. It is most conveniently situated. The rooms are nice and spacious and have good facilities. It is generally quiet except for an occasional car (Hilux pickup left running for long periods) leaving early in the morning, parked right outside your front door! Situated right in the heart of Remuera. The manager is a pleasure to deal with and a very pleasant person. Sometimes the cleanliness is not perfect.

   I would not recommend staying here. The management is very poor and unprofessional, and the place is simply not worth the money they charge. The rooms were not clean on arrival – dusty, dirty carpets, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been looked after properly. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and hygiene, but this motel fell far short. Overall, it feels neglected, badly managed, and definitely not value for money. There are plenty of better and cleaner options in Auckland – avoid this place.

   Extremely great value for money, room had everything you needed. Only stayed one night, but will definitely come again if I need to be in Auckland. 5 minute walk to the train station, perfect for events at any of the major stadiums.

   Clean rooms that seemed renovated and good quality amenities for a great value. Stove top was a huge bonus. Housekeeping everyday was lovely, fresh towels daily. Loved how they actually had real blankets instead of the typical thin hotel sheet type blankets. Had a pleasant stay and will come back again! They also had sky which was great !

   We had a nice stay here. Beds were a little tired, but comfortable enough and the room overall was good. Location was great for us, and the service was good (although would be great to be able to book online). Great to be so close to the train station - it was a very easy trip into Britomart.

   Really nice ,quiet place. Kitchen has everything you need. washing machine and dryer available, but for additional cost (when I was staying it was 5+5 dollars). Small shoping center with takeaways, cafés,bakaries and New World, just 10 min walk or 5min drive(depends on traffic). Good bus connection to city center. Another shopping center around 30min walk. Only thing that I wasn't happy about- could be little bit cleaner and without leaking shower

   Nice place not badly priced. Down side I didn't like getting hounded for money soon as I arrived considering my credit card details were given online. Makes you feel like a crim. Guess had trouble in past with drive offs but not good approach to new customers and making them feel welcome.
