Room quality is what you would expect for a more budget friendly motel, but very clean and tidy! Great location, short walking distance to the train. What really made the stay 5-star was the owner Sandy going above and beyond, exceptionally friendly and easy to do business with, 6-star service! Thanks again, Isaac.
The rooms are very clean n tidy.... the king bed is divine!! The duty manager of the day was so helpful and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone that wants a little secluded, peaceful night or two!!
A truly excellent and affordable motel. The owner is warm and attentive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is superb. Five-star experience — I will definitely come back again!
Good price using booking.com, close to Mt Smart stadium, service stations. Host was very nice, friendly and our room was comfortable, large king size bed, crisp white linen. Parking was tight but we found an available spot on arrival. Quick service, restaurant in the front offering Asian style BBQ buffet open to midnight on a Sunday when we were there.
(1)They don't have enough parking spaces. (2)The room doesn't have airconditioning especially now its summer, its hot as hell. They provided tower fan but its still not enough! (3)There's no bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. (4)Its always smells cigarette in the stairs. (5)They don't have reception who will welcome the guests. VERY LIMITED SERVICES. We will not come back again, never again! We're not satisfied! Worst Motel we've ever stayed in!
Super basic but the cheapest around. One star taken off for the single bathroom (for each floor) which commonly had a problem and a second star taken off not being particularly clean and pretty noisy-it is close to a busy roadway.

Tiny parking spots, can hear everything around you all the time, had to wait for an hour to see someone because they left to do something else with a note on the door DURING POSTED BUISNESS HOURS. Left a phone number to call, but if you're using international cel service forget that! We just booked somewhere else. It figures there's no refund on cancelations. Rooms looked very small. Unless you desperately need one night on short notice, book elsewhere.
The motel randomly canceled our booking 1 hour before check-in via the booking app. We made the reservation 4 days ago. There was no phone call or messages sent at all. When I phoned the property the guy mentioned he tried charging the payment the day before and it got declined when we clearly selected PAY AT THE PROPERTY on the booking App. We had no idea he even tried charging us due to no communication. A call would've been nice to confirm the payment declined and the booking will be canceled. We would have made the payment over the phone. As soon as we called them once it was canceled on the booking app, the guy mentioned he no longer has rooms available. Money hungry businesses. We won't be booking here again.
