Absolutely terrible!! Worst hotel i have stayed in in my entire like. Flew in from Singapore at 1am to arrive at a hotel room COMPLETELY riddled with cockroaches. I emailed and called to change rooms and had no reply due to it being so late at night (undersably as it was roughly 2am) I didn't sleep as there where roaches everywhere, including in the bed, and left at 5.30am. When I called once id arrived home the owner was very rude and extremely disrespectful when speaking with me. He said they would not do anything to remedy the situation as I should of contacted them to change rooms, even though id called and emailed that night while in there room and showed him this. I was charged $187 for 5 hours in a room INFESTED with roaches. Would rather sleep at the airport next time.

Upon arrival I considered the Booking.com photos had not been updated in a while, as the property was definitely not as pictured. It may have been somewhat close to the airport, but I'd never stay here again. I arrived 1 hour earlier than checkin & was told I had to pay an extra $20; have never been charged an early check in fee elsewhere when the room is ready & empty anyway. Then I was charged an extra $10 for booking the 'free' airport shuttle. When I complained about this I was given a load of blah blah as they ignored the screen shot of the 3rd party listing & told me it was very clear on their website? I then discovered later they had charged myself & another person $10 each for the shuttle, after they told me it was $10 per load? Would not recommend this property.

A last minute booking for our group as our planned accommodation was not in a good way. We booked two rooms for 4 nights. The beds were quite comfortable (something we usually struggle with). The kitchen was very small making it hard to achieve cooking meals to keep costings down. The kitchen also had very little utensils, however the staff were very accommodating when asked. Room service was below average as towels, flannels & condiments would not be replaced. The spa bath was a disappointment it was literally a bath, the shower head could use a clean as it seemed blocked. We had a family room which didn't quite meet our requirements staying for a NZ national event meant we were gone early morning and not back until the evening. We were unable to get through our showers without the water going cold, apparently it runs off a small cylinder. The guest laundry was a bonus however the guest info book needs updating as the opening times stated are different to the hours stated in the laundry itself. The rooms could use a good dusting as there appears to be quite abit of buildup on top of the cupboards and on the carpet edges. All in all I would say this motel is perfect for those flying in & out but not quite for the longer stays.

I stay with my family last time I fly out of Auckland. That was an amazing experience it is the ideal place to stay if you're flying in or out of Auckland. The location is super convenient — just a few minutes from the airport. Their airport shuttle service was good as well. Not only drop-off but also pick-up, It was quick, reliable, and made our travel experience so much easier. The parking is quite nice, price is friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, I love the sky TV. And the staff were friendly and helpful. I will 100% come back this place if i need to fly out.

We stayed the night before our early flight in the family unit- 3 adults and 2 children. The room was very spacious for all of us and our bags. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. The area was quiet. The staff were amazing, helpful, accommodating. They even had scales we used to weigh our bags. The airport transfers were easy. Felt fine leaving the car for a week with them. My only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the bedroom as there was only 1 mirror in the bathroom.

Good service, clean and tidy room. The best thing is very close to the airport with a reasonable price.

Airport Manor was an affordable motel to stay. Our unit could accommodate 5 and was ideal for transition accomodation. Staff were friendly and it was great to have transport available for our early morning flight.

Once again we were lucky enough to get rooms at Airport Manor Inn. The first class service of their shuttle is what drew us to Airport Manor Inn initially and this top service keeps us coming back. The clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms , crisp sheets, AC ,walking distance to a variety of shops and great staff make each stay as enjoyable as the last.

I like they have free airport shuttle at any time you need. Rooms were between old and modern. Smells like closed/old-humid environment Bed sheets were dirty Good size of the room and huge bathroom Not the cleanest place to stay

The owner personally picked me up at the airport after I booked my room. A family run operation, the rooms are meticulously clean. The rate was much more reasonable that other hotels. Not excessive with amenities but a lovely stay
