   The room was dark even daytime with all lights on. Got an accessible room though not requested. After shower, bathroom floor stayed wet. Great gym. Good breakfast. Better if a little change in hot food selection. They were exactly the same for 2 days.

   The front desk people were a bit rude, made fun of me and my accent when I asked to get a new room key as the one given to me was not working. Elevator was down and there were no indications on how to get down to the lobby and again, I was mocked for that. It took a lot of effort to finally get someone to cancel night I no longer wanted (pre arrival and then even more importantly after experiencing terrible service). Parking spots are extremely tight, get rental insurance

   Quite satisfied. Breakfast buffet is much better than expected. Good hardwares. Very friendly staff. Wonderful location as it is located opposite to Greenlane train station. Not much space for parking... Check it Friday and Saturday stayers.

   I just wanted give a big thank you to the staff for being so considerate and kind after our recent flight cancelations had us arrive at the hotel at 1am. The check in staff dealt with our sudden arrival calmly and efficiently, there were lots of tired Travellers to process and they got us into our rooms as quickly as possible and offered us flexible check out so we could use our meal allowance and stored our luggage so we could wait for our rescheduled flights at the hotel lounge rather than the airport. The breakfast was excellent, amazing selection which the staff kept open an extra 30 mins for the few people that had slept late. The room was warm and clean. Thank you again, we would definitely use the Ibis, Ellerslie if we need accommodation in Auckland in the future.

   Here for 3 nights from 17th July 2023 to 20th July 2023. Was here as a work assignment with several colleagues from the same organization. I can only describe this as a budget, no frill accommodation. Rooms clean and fresh but very small. Rooms were warm, but windows would not open. Traffic noise was minimal with only occasional disturbances. The shower and toilet were like 'pod sized'. There was good water pressure in the shower, but the lack of room to move was awkward. They do have Gideons Bibles in each room, which is almost one star alone from me. I'm impressed with that. No microwave oven. No comfortable chairs to sit in due to lack of space in the rooms , so you have to sit on the bed Clean and functional, but I wouldn't stay here to enjoy myself as such.

Friendly and Attentive Staff: The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. They provided prompt service and were knowledgeable about the local area, offering helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. 4. Good Value for Money: Considering the reasonable rates, I found the Ibis Hotel to be a great value for money. The quality of the amenities, coupled with the excellent service, made it a worthwhile choice for my stay.

   The location is great and has easy access to the motorway and train station. The rooms are comfortable but on the small side. The shower is really good - high pressure. The room has a kettle and a selection of tea/coffee but we had to request milk as it hadn't been stocked. The room is not serviced unless you leave a notice on the door.

   We are a couple of hours in to our stay and we are IMPRESSED. We found our business room clean with an extremely comfortable king bed, compact bathroom with all the amenities needed to conduce comfort and convenience. The room has modern updates, a useful wireless phone charging clock radio, ten minute drive from Auckland city and the prompt check in by hospitable and helpful reception staff made it easy to relax. Particularly Leticia who went above and beyond to help us settle in - thank you Leticia. Great vibe, great location, amazing staff would stay here again and we haven’t even checked out yet!
