Had the WOAP burger. Service was great but foos was disappointing. The meat lacked flavour, the bun and fries were too greasy.
Placed a phone order at 6 for pick up at 7. Turn up at 7 and order not ready yet, had to wait 20 minutes!! What is the point of ordering in advance if you still have to wait 20 minutes? Meanwhile kids dinner which we had picked up on the way went cold while we wait. Staff unapologetic and were more concerned with dancing around singing songs than serving customers (there were many waiting for orders). The burger itself was an abomination, ordered the swiftie smash and the bun was stale and broken, two small chicken tenders, and a small handful of coleslaw which had gone brown and none of which was inside the actual burger (see photo). Chips were cold also. Spent $60 and this made my kids cold $12 Mc Donald’s look gourmet! I have had smashed many times before but my last two experiences have been horrible and I doubt I will go back. It’s a shame because in the past I have loved it.
Horrible over priced burger, see through meat Pattie, chips were cold with minimal cheese and no gravy, despite being cheesy gravy chips. Churros were cold and undercooked, 0/10 DO NOT EAT HERE
Just had Smashed for the first time. Where do I start? Well, naturally I started with the Animal Style Fries. I gobbled them up faster than Homer Simpson at an All You Can Eat buffet. The consistency of the flavour throughout the fries was top tier. Then there was the Ooh-Nami limited edition Wellynoms burger and that thing was what I imagine it's like when the Delorean hits 88 miles per hour. My wife had the Bacon Jam and even she said it was really tasty. Will definitely go back that's for sure!
The classic cheese burger with small fries and the cheese and gravy fries were delicious. Easy to order on their website and quick pick up. Nice little food truck located in Johnsonville.
Sorry team. $15 burgers should be so much more exciting than these. Grabbed a cheeseburger and a BBQ burger $14 and $15 respectively, with a side of gravy fries $14. Burgers taste ok, but kind of disappointing on price/size. I think I'll keep going around the corner to Reburger.
