Big Breakfast & Chicken Katsu ordered Plus A Steak n Mushroom Pie plus 2 bottles of coke no sugar Pie was ok...definitely not award winning. Rest was just ok total cost $63.10 Lady was nice & pleasant Plenty of tables & chairs..food abit of a let down
Just tried their new chicken nibbles, so tasty and fresh! Definitely recommend to all chicken lovers. The onion rings were amazing also.
I ordered 2 scramble eggs on toast and I got 2 poached eggs, it's ok. But the food is overpriced. $18.5 for egg on toast and sausages + 2 hot choc is $48 total for 2 people. Hot chocolate is good, not too sweet. Service is good enough.
Never not disappointed by Village Bakery. I gave them a go again because Pink Pineapple is closed, and regret it. World's smallest and most average sausage rolls, and why are you cutting the crusts off sandwiches?? I'm half full and deeply unsatisfied. Customer service is always friendly but genuinely that doesn't make up for the low quality and high priced food. I'd love to support this local business but can't.
Extremely over priced brought a mice and cheese pie had absolutely no cheese at all and the mince was very goopy $15.30 for a pie and a doughnut definitely not worth it Staff where lovely and friendly just let down by the food
i paid 14.50 for 2 eggs and 2 teeny tiny hash browns. The ham sandwich we bought was stale. the lolly cake was good tho. Just WAY overpriced in my opinion.
It was nice and I enjoyed my Pie and Donut however I had to wait a while For my Hot choclate and it was worth the wait
Nearly $7 for a steak and cheese pie and was not 1 piece of steak it it, just brown goop. Do not recommend
Coffee was great but steak and mushroom pie had very little meat in it and scone had lots of baking powder in. Service was good though.
They have a sign saying award winning pies but my steak and cheese was pretty dry. And we also ordered a ham, egg and cheese toasted sandwich but it was pretty hard to eat. And look like the egg had been boiled first and then inserted into the sandwich and the bread was very stodgy. . About the only positive side was English breakfast tea which came in a large pot with also a large portable hot water.
