Laser plumbing was recommended by my apartment facilities manager. Really quick response. Very friendly and professional on the phone and the plumber in person. Did a good job on my hot water cylinder, unlike another plumber I won't name. Happy ti give me advice about a couple of other things.
Extraordinary service. I only have issues on the weekends or in Winter. No matter, Ethan went considerably more than the extra mile to help us. He worked overtime and late. When he fixes something it stays fixed. Yes, had to pay weekend rates, but i cant imagine a better support service for a very tricky, not that safe combination og electricity and gas, and urgent need.
We have used Laser Plumbing Wellington many times. They have always been very accommodating when we have needed them for urgent visits they send someone very promptly. A special mention to Ethan who has been Mr Fixit for our underfloor heating, we appreciate his work and knowledge of the system we have. Definitely our first choice of plumber.
