   This is a nice little café located within the Downers head office building. It is also open to the public. The food selection is good and coffee is nice as well. Ample seating is available in the café with outdoor seating as well. Good number of carparks are available on the street and also in the building premises. The staff is nice and helpful too. Well recommended if in the area for work.

   20 minutes to get a coffee and it was like dish water. No crema on the flat white. Hugely disappointing as no other cafe in close proximity.

   Located within the Downers head office building this cafe also is open to the public. A good selection of counter food products and good coffee. Seating is plentiful both indoors and outside ( but not recommended in winter). About a dozen carpark spaces out front. A step up from the lunch bars in Kerrs and Ash roads.

   Came in because I had back to back meetings with a little bit of time in between. Mocha was great service was great. Ideal seating for private business meetings also.
