Have been served a couple of times by Taylor and the food and service are always great, she is friendly and efficient. Better service than most other Subways in Wellington
You can always tell when your Sub has been made with care and there’s never any shortage of that at Jville. Prices keep creeping up but that’s no fault of this store.
Food is often acceptable but the service is so slow. Been in several times and waited upto 5 minutes for staff to show any interest in serving. Pace is glacial compared to other branches. Have tried ordering online at this branch in the past to get food in a reasonable time after entering the store. But haven't ever started on the order until after we arrive at the store. Given current staffing I don't think this branch should currently be fulfilling online orders from the subway website or uber they just don't have the efficiency needed to provide the service.
Just had dinner delivered via DoorDash. I order the same leg ham Subway often because it tastes so fresh, but, today I couldn’t taste any sauce, pepper and the bread was soggy, very little ingredients. You should be utterly ashamed of yourself. This is disgusting, did you do it deliberately???????
There are never enough staff, the staff are often rude and very slow. They always run out of chicken teriyaki and then refuse to heat up any more. Just extremely disappointing.
Nice and tidy, polite staff. Sub was an absolute whopper, much more generous than other stores imo. Edit: gone hugely downhill horrible service :(
