   A great BK with caring staff. Was served by Ella. She was awesome! Super friendly and served me with a smile. I was a bit distracted when picking up my order and forgot my drink, but she noticed and brought it over kindly to me without me even asking. Really appreciated the genuine care — great service by Ella.

   I came one week, the items wanted was out of stock. One week later, again the item was out of stock - "try next week."!! The place was dirty, even the counter where they serve you had dirty black marks, marks I could scratch. Not a good start. The bathroom looked like someone had peed on the floor, urine around the seat. I asked it be attended too, 20 minutes later, it hadn't been seen too. Not a good experience. I won't come here again.

   Well prepared burger especially as they were very busy. Bathroom clean and tidy. Another excellent BK Hawaiian Chicken today, this branch do the best Hawaiian Chickens you can get.

   Arrived at 10:30pm. Tonight on Tuesday the 15th of July. And received a raw paddy in my burger and didn’t realise until I had a few bites!. What makes it worst is I already ate another in the dark in my car whilst driving so I don’t know if it was raw aswell. I fully understand I arrived half hour before closing time which I do acknowledge but it seemed like they were under staffed having only two employees working. Which one was cleaning and the other taking orders, cooking and serving it seemed they wanted to leave early as I watched multiple cars leave behind me at this time at 1030. Maybe because of the wait or they had been turned away. This will be my last time coming here and from now on I will fully distrust Burger King, not just because of this incident but because there have been multiple times since I’ve come to this branch and had bad experiences with food. I spent over 50 dollars here aswell and probably received food poisoning.

   The store floor was sticky and spilled drinks on counters and floor. Dirty tables and rubbish on most tables. It's not hard to wipe down the counters and mop floor... If you don't mind feeling stuck to the ground I wouldn't recommend eating here.

   I always stop here while waiting for flights to land whenever I do an airport pick-up. The place is clean, friendly staff and the food was great. Hot chocolate was lovely.

   Lady behind counter didn't know what she was doing. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, to the point it prob needs fumigation. Somehow we ended up with extra food?! Also you will not be served by anyone who speaks clear English.

   The worst takeout to deal with, workers are lazy and we wait so long to receive cold food, same thing with drive thru. This store needs to shut down and open a MC DONALDS here, where there's fast service and the workers have the urgency to make sure food is fresh. Please BK shut down. Sometimes just spend $60+ but no more wasting money here at Wellington Airport BK .

   Wot a shocker! Staff unpleasant, unfriendly, unhelpful… couldn’t possibly spare an extra serviette. Bring in a health inspector! The place was visibly dirty. Hate to think what the bacterial screening of benchtop food-prep areas would show. Unwiped dirty dining tables, dining room bins overflowing, food was barely warm - yes I should have taken it back but at the time I was so incredibly hungry. Either close the branch or get rid of the franchise holder. Disgraceful.
