What to say. As foody it's hard to rate something that is so low. The chicken burger looked very different on the picture to what I got. And the potatoes where fatty soggy. Sorry this was another fast food experience not to repeat.
It's standard. Plenty of parking. Reasonably fast service, restaurant isn't too clean (full bins, mess on tables) but its what you expect. I noticed there were charging ports on the tables for phones, laptops etc. Pretty convenient.
Always a great experience at this location! The food is consistently fresh and hot, and the fries are perfectly seasoned with an awesome, crispy consistency every time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit even better. Highly recommend!
Terrible service and this is how they think its acceptable to give you your food. Plus everything was cold
Polite service, good burger. Clean bathrooms even though it was lunch time in school holidays and quite busy. Always plenty of parking here.
Gotta love this place. Actually decent burgers which aren't punched/smashed all of the time by the workers (unlike McDonalds). Also the value meals are worth it.
Patience is a requirement during busy evenings. Your correct order with friendly customer service is usually the norm, with Burger King. I used the Drive Thru
There are a lot of things wrong with this Burger King, for starters front of house and management are very disrespectful for example they called my order number out and it wasn't there, so I proceeded to take what I thought was my order she then yelled at me saying that's uber eats CAN YOU READ. I then took what was my order and it proceeded to be the driest small flat burger that was just overloaded with BBQ sauce. The other problem is that the place was covered in trash from other people leaving it behind, and no tables were clean even though it was somewhat quiet. I seriously recommend you don't visit this place.
The three burgers we ordered were seriously a joke. Lettuce was pretty non-existent. The burgers had so much mayonnaise. It was hard to tell if I ordered a chicken burger or mayonnaise burger. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
Terrible drive thru experience today. Brought a large whopper burger combo with a chocolate sundae. Drink arrived as a different flavour so they changed it. No sorry or smile given. Then the burger and chips came, chips were small size, gave them back. Again no apologies. Drove off and took a sip of my drink and it was soda water!!! OMG come on Porirua, you can do better than this. Very Dissapointed and wasted my money. Chocolate sundae size is pathetic!!
