"Your call is important to us" - that is what their answer machine tells me. I called them four times over about two weeks, left my phone number and my reason for calling there (broken glass door). I did not get a call-back once. Once I reached someone there, being told to call again when it is not raining, due to the kit not curing well in rain. I waited more days for sunshine, called again, answer machine... no call-back by now. I then called a competitor, reached them first attempt and got my door fixed the next day. That is the level of service I'd expect.
