Dunno how its possible to mess up a drive through but this bk does. Had multiple cars parked up waiting, 10 minute wait on the food ( 2 x burgers) and still the order was wrong.also the haiwaiian chook wasn't cut through.
Burger King Johnsonville is a nice place to sit down and eat as it is clean and not too busy. I enjoyed my visit there a few days ago. I was served by Lily and she was very kind and patient with me while I attempted to use the Burger King app for the first time. Will be back again soon.
Went here for dinner the other day! Firstly, I was impressed with how clean and tidy the reasturant was for a fast food restaurant that definitely exceeded my expectations. The food also came out very fast and efficiently, which is really good if you are in a hurry. However, the food itself was very average, with the flavors being very plain. The food was also luke warm and could have been cooked a bit long. The fries were soggy and were clearly not cooked recently. The sundae was not frozen enough, which is a problem i often find with a burger king with the ice cream being either too frozen or not frozen enough. Personally, I believe McDonald's in Johnsonville is a better option over Burger King as the food is a much higher quality, which is reflected with McDonald's being much busier in Johnsonville. However, Burger King does have soda refil, which McDonald's doesn't.
Good burger, very busy BK at lunchtime. Friendly service. Bathrooms ok. Not much parking around here.
Went for lunch. Staff were friendly. Food was fresh and warm but put together in a rush just like any fast food burger. Hardly anyone dining in but tables still looked like they hadn't been wiped down but all in all a decent BK experience.
Waited 15 minutes at drive through window. No communication had to knock on the window to get staff attention. They very begrudgingly gave me a refund. Without explanation or apology
Ordered Uber eats and paid extra for quick delivery. It took 20 mins to prepare the food 35 mins to pick up and deliver. Food stone cold and the half the order missing. No pick up of either the Uber driver or Bk restaurant to lay a complaint and get our refund absolute terrible service
The staff in this place are INCOMPETENT on every level. Cannot add a code on ordering and didn't even know what it was. Manager a rude arrogant woman with no care or customer skills. Wait times were around half an hour. Then the order was incorrect. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else is my advice. I will never set foot in it again.
Good quality food, however wait times can be slightly annoying if you are getting something as simple as a milk shake. Sometimes the manager can be in a bit of a foul mood and not be very kind to me as a customer thus leading to this getting 2 stars. Also, I ordered a chicken burger and it looked like the person making it added their own special sauce.
Literally ordered my food at 12pm, didnt have my food until 1pm. They gave is the wrong burger (beef instead of chicken, 3 packs a fries, and 7 pickles in a cheese burger, which were all cold, and the drinks were just warm syrup water.
