   Ordered a mocha for somone and a hot chocolate for me they both tasted like watered down coffees no froth no chocolate dusting no Marshmallows I can't even have coffee Disappointed

   On the 24th of August 2024 we went into buy Crispy doughnuts, they only had up the prices for the boxes not if you're buying them separately. We bought 4 of different ones me and my Step Son. And we looked at the price of how much it came too. I told the Indian lady who already had a altercation with the customer before us about something she didn't understand until the gentleman that was working with her that took over from her. He let her deal with us thinking she would do better. We told her about the pricing that is nothing about if you were to buy them separately because different ones have a different price. Again she didn't understand what we where trying to tell her there is nothing there besides the prices for the boxes. When she started to talk she couldn't even talk English properly. This is not the first time I was told with this BP station. I don't know how you can let this happen. If you don't know how to speak English at least learn how to. So you're customers don't walk out frustrated and think you're ripping them off when really you are.

   Toilets needs a proper cleaning. Definitely not been properly cleaned for a few days. Old dirt!
