This op shop is pretty big, so you can definitely find some gems. Prices are reasonable, nothing too crazy. The men's section could be better organized though. They've got women's clothes mixed in with the men's, which is kind of annoying. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in the area.
To pricey for a lot of the clothes and items. Op shopping should feel like a treasure hunt for great priced items that people have donated to give to a new home. Sad to see times of stuff marked up
I was there with my elderly mum two weeks ago. There are a few things my mum still enjoys but op shopping is one, and she will outlast anyone! The volunteer and manager were more than just patient but truly loving with her. I highly commend them . They even had a kind smile for a son looking like he was about to pass out...
I usually find the people in opshops to be welcoming and friendly. The person I was served by was rude and snarky. I don't mean the lovely volunteers who were counting puzzles. I suspect people will know who I'm referring to.
Lots of clothes, but really very expensive so not a good op shopping experience. Many of the clothes are $10-20 a piece and the discount rack is $5!! Crazy! They do have fill a bag on kids clothes for $5 but not many to choose from.
Red Cross in Upper Hutt they do really nice displays and the shop look clean and tidy.
Such a fantastic place. Its great that you can buy preloved as it means that its not going into the landfill and its a worthy cause. Lovely staff too

Visited this shop and was really impressed with the fact it was clean and tidy and had great stock. They also sell furniture which was reasonably priced and fantastic condition.
