   The pictures of the room were very misleading compared to the reality. When I arrived, the place was dirty and I had to clean everything before moving in. The landlord was responsive and understanding when I asked to change rooms because of the noise, but the walls are extremely thin — you can hear everything from the neighbours, which makes it hard to rest. The location is great, but the residence is noisy and not very clean. The shared kitchen isn’t well maintained and has no utensils, so you need to buy your own. I also had to message the landlord again after more than two weeks to get my deposit back. Overall: good location, but noisy, dirty and poorly equipped accommodation.

   Our stay over the last couple of months exceeded our expectations. The building was quiet (couldn't even hear the tavern next door!) the neighbours were great, and the location made it easy to get to everything we needed. Aries (property manager) was attentive and helpful throughout our tenancy. Overall, a really positive experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever I needed help.    Safe, Convenient & Great Value – Highly Recommend! I was searching for a safe and convenient accommodation option for my son, and we’re so glad we found Auckland Accommodation Limited – Dossah in Morningside. It’s a super convenient location — close to public transport, great restaurants, and just a short distance from the CBD. The facility is tidy, well-maintained, and offers everything we need at a fair price, making it excellent value. The highlight of our experience has been the Apartment Manager, Aries, who has been friendly, responsive, and supportive from day one. He really makes sure everything runs smoothly. We are truly enjoying our stay and highly recommend Auckland Accommodation Limited – Dossah to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Auckland.

   Loved the location of this place! Next to Cafe and 10 mins walk to the nearest mall! Also direct bus services to the city and around and just next to the Morningside Train station! Great if you don’t own a car or a looking for an intermediate place to rent between places! Enjoyed a private stay. Although having your own network would be great and good if you don’t mind abit of husstle and bustle till late as the place bar near by is rather busy on weekends and some weekdays :)

   Affordable, clean & friendly atmosphere for short/long-term rentals. & it’s great neighborhood too! Cafe’s, restaurants & other shopping just a stone’s throw away! (Only downside to that is the VERY limited tenant parking can be hit or miss… but street parking is usually feasible)

   Lived at KDV (one of the two buildings run by Auckland Accommodation in Morningside) for approx. 9 months. Really enjoyed my time here, and felt like the price was fair for what you got in return. Room was warm through winter. Kitchen was clean and had everything I needed. Other people living in the complex were friendly but not obtrusive. Sometimes it could get a bit noisy on Friday or Saturday nights but usually quietened down by the time I wanted to sleep. Parking on-site is limited but there is plenty of street parking. The smoking area was near my room so sometimes had to deal with smoke through my window. The property manager Winnie was always very responsive to requests and overall just very easy to deal with.

   Stayed with my partner in a KDV loft room for around three months. The room was relatively spacious for the location, and the accommodation is located close to St Lukes Mall and a variety of public transport options for getting around the city. The kitchen has a good variety of equipment, space and utility, and the common area is fairly pleasant. It feels safe. Can occasionally be loud, and sound-deadening between apartments can at times be lacking, but it is not notably different from other places that I have stayed, and is just the nature of living in close proximity to others. The noise level is never distractingly excessive. Winnie was really kind and attentive as a property manager, and took complaints seriously. The building is maintained at a high standard. I would recommend.

   Highly recommended! We lived in the KDV loft room for 6 months. It was warm and cosy. You will have your private bathroom, and shared kitchen (well equipped) and laundry. The communal area is cleaned every day and remains well organized. Winne, the property manager is super friendly and helpful. There’s also a mini’library’, a board game section and a vending machine in the communal areal which is very convenient. The tenants are also very quiet. Thanks again.

   I lived here for a few months, and it was very good. Warm, dry and a reasonable price for Auckland. The manager, Winnie, is very kind and helpful. 10 minute walk to St Luke's mall, and about a 2 minute walk to the train station or bus stops, as well as dairies and takeaways (Indian/Thai/Fish & Chips). The only minor downsides are limited parking and shared kitchen/laundry, but if you go in to it knowing that, there's really not much to complain about.
