   Lovely wee hidden gem if you're stopping by on a budget. We had a queen room with it's own bathroom. Not pretentious. Clean and tidy, a little sparse but really all you need for an overnight or couple of nights. Probably not for you if you are even slightly fond of your back though. The bed was horrendously hard... I probably would've slept better the floor but it was "my bad" for booking for 3 nights; my back was screaming after the first! The staff are friendly, cleaners are visibly present (which is always a good thing). Extra pillows and luggage storage available at no extra cost which is a bonus and Milo the hotel mascot/darling/resident floof was an amazing canine ambassador! Would be great for young people or a group of young people... With a great kitchen/social space complete with complimentary Marshmallows and a slightly overpriced drink machine. Price was reflective of amenities and if it weren't for the hard bed, we would come back again but this old 50 yr old nurses back just can't do it sorry :(

   I have recently stayed for some days in united auckland and it was a great experience. All the personal was really nice. Specially Nick who helped me and my partner with some documents and giving us information on where we could start giving CVs. Though, the men toilet was broken in our floor and there was some humidity in the room. Great experience!

   I had an absolutely spectacular stay at Hotel United Auckland! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The hotel manager was outstanding – genuinely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of options to start the day right considering the price . And of course, I can’t forget to mention Milo, the hotel dog – such a sweet and friendly presence that made the whole experience feel even more special and homely. Overall, this hotel delivers warmth, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland!

   The government really needs to open up the boarders and let tourists in, I live on Liverpool Street the antisocial behaviour that goes on out side that place is terrible, harrsing people drinking screaming and fighting, the majority of them look like the benefit is there carrer choice
