I came here after reading the reviews and doing a big research on Auckland’s beauty salons and Pal didn’t disappoint me at all! She threatened my eyebrows exactly as I wanted and was super sweet during the whole process. First time doing it and i will continue coming here because she is so easy to trust to and made me feel very calm!
Had the best eyebrow threading experience here! Pal, the owner, is amazing — super gentle and precise. I get my brows done monthly, and this was by far the most painless threading ever. She even gave me a little bit of a massage while applying the gel. Loved that there’s a student discount (without even having to ask!). To top it all off, I got to meet Pal’s little 4-year-old son, who was so adorable and kind. You can really tell that this salon is run with heart and care. Highly recommend and already planning to book a facial soon! Thank you Pal
