Honestly, I'm blown away by the exceptional staff here! Not only did I have an absolute blast - karaoke, delicious beers, and amazing locals - but the team's professionalism and kindness truly shone. Despite an unfortunate encounter with some young rude patrons; the staff handled the situation with grace and understanding. They even waived my bill for the minor mishap. Impressed isn't enough! As tourists visiting this was the most friendly bar in NZ. The locals were welcoming and kind and at the end of the night there is a courtesy van that takes you back to where you are staying driven by the most lovely man!! Absolutely recommend this pub for a fabulous night!
Wonderful night ruined by inexperienced sloppy bar staff. Buying drinks is one thing,being cut off after 2 drinks was a poor discretion call by bar girl manager Siobhan Fox. Feeling absolutely gutted at the lack of professionalism at this bar. Rubbish atmosphere, bit of a snore fest really.
U guys need too sort your hospitality awareness for customers out asap! Absolutely dead but yet I still need too wait five minutes to get served!!
Love the place . Had a good time... Singing and dancing... Very nice people over there The staff very friendly too Will return back when I have a chance again.. The DJ and his music sounded awesome..
Music was great bar staff amazing. Marty has a great voice but the table we were sitting with were trying to staunch us out. We were 2 maori wardens off duty having a good night. Next time will choose a better table to sit at with better people. Atmosphere was great definitely be back

I like the Glass House Bar. It is a friendly place with a relaxed and happy atmosphere, the staff are always polite. What great fun and a good laugh.Beer is reasonably priced a massive range of tunes to sing! Its the best place in Wellington to be belting out a karaoke song
