Very disappointing service. Old Bank Arcade - I recently visited and the Beautician was rude and dismissive when I asked about booking a facial. She insisted that facials were performed in the public space with other customers. People walking past can see in, so I said I would like to book a room, she seemed very annoyed and refused to discuss or explain. I will never book there in the future, found a fantastic clinic nearby.
I hadn't been to this salon for a few years. I walked in off the street and asked for an eyebrow tint and an underarm wax. She has another appointment coming in soon, but squeezed me in anyway. She was professional, friendly and the salon was, as always, very clean, quiet and comfortable.
It’s always such a lovely experience as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about products! I see Rachel and she is the best! Makes me feel very comfortable for a not so comfortable treatment (waxing lol). I would highly, HIGHLY, recommend people see Rachel for all treatments!!
I see Rachael at Old Bank and she is amazing. Always greeted with a lovely smile. Her knowledge on treatments and products is great. I always look forward to my sessions with her. She is a gem. ❤️
I suffer from eczema on my face and Rachel has really helped minimise the appearance of it with well thought out skin treatments and Dermalogica product recommendations. Not only has Rachel helped my skin feel amazing but she's just a fabulous gal to be friends with! I always have the best time with her at Skintopia, I look forward to our monthly catch ups!!
