Absolutely useless provider. Was "treated" here and didn't make a lot of progress because the concussion "specialists" completely failed to treat or even properly asses the neck injury I'd sustained in the same accident and instead chose to focus on lifestyle, basically telling me I just needed to get out more. Treatment eventually became just months of gaslighting at ACC's expense. It's common knowledge that neck injury and concussion go together and that their symptoms can mimic each other to everyone but these grifters apparently. If ACC send you here after a concussion ask to be referred elsewhere.
I had a great experience at TBI Clinic. I booked an appointment for a knee injury and was very impressed with how caring and professional the physio was. I immediately felt much less stressed about my injury, and their approach made a massive difference in my recovery. The physio also took the time to explain everything and tailor the treatment to my needs. I highly recommend TBI Clinic to anyone looking for top-notch physiotherapy!
I have never had healthcare professionals as kind, understanding and consistent as Anna and Christiana are. I’ve been on their pain programme for a couple of months now and both ladies have gone out of their way multiple times to make sure I’m taken care of without me even asking. They always have a plan for where to go to from each point in treatment, and they always do everything in their power to treat me as more than just a client. They really do have their clients’ best interests at heart. Highly recommend these two.
Awesome service, buggered my fingers up playing sport. They managed to fit me in at short notice and now on the road to recovery. Jane was great, excellent communication and really reassuring. Sorted out the ACC paperwork, such a breeze to deal with. "Fingers" crossed I don't need to go back to see them but will be my first call next time I do injure myself!

Excellent clinic which really helped me with my shoulder rehabilitation and back to feeling 100%. The physiotherapists here are super passionate about their job and I had great results from their treatment. Thank you Team TBI!
Poor service from rude receptionist and lack of expert service from therapists in this clinic. Be warned as they are hesitant to process normal ACC injuries.
