I have been a regular customer for years and always rescheduled when I couldn't make an appt. I did one late cancellation thanks to life and they wouldn't waiver it. I feel that more than three years of loyalty would be given more understanding. Variable quality of service from whoever I get. I stuck with them due to habit I think. Easy to book and communicate with, bit unsure on how prices compare.
