   We had a great experience using Kwik cabs. Very fast arrival time we didn't even wait 5 minutes after hanging up the phone. The driver was very professional. I'd definitely use again.

   Automated service booked the wrong address at first. Then when I spoken to customer service who changed it and said was I ready to go. I said "yes" and I ask for an aprox eta they said "unsure"? but call back in 15min if taxi had not arrived. 20min later I rang and they said no taxi available in Pukekohe (Company is called Kiwi Cabs Pukekohe???) And they did not know if they could get one organised. I had to cancel this booking. Wish they had just advised this from the start. I could have saved 30min waiting. And maybe dont advertise Pukekohe if you dont cover the area.

   Was told my taxi was booked when I called back was told the trainee shouldn’t have booked it because no taxis are in town and I missed my very important bus trip because of it

   Shocking taxi service. I asked for a taxi and none were available when they say they operate til 9pm. I called up for one and none came. So I called again and they said they were finished for the night. Very shocking for a taxi company

   My card wasnt working so the guy let me off and just said to pay the other cab driver on my taxi home for both fares, which I did. They were both on time and cheap service. Will definitely use again!
