I’ve just opened an online order from Bello and what a delight. All of my items were beautifully gift wrapped and the fragile present had extra care with bubble wrap. Gorgeous scent from their French range Durance filled the air as I opened the box it was like an out of store sensory experience. The attention to detail and swift turnaround from order to delivery was faultless. Would highly recommend.
Clint helped me organise some lovely gifts for some special friends. There is such a wonderful selection of homeware and accessories and I was glad to have his keen eye helping me. The icing on the cake was the beautiful gift-wrapping!

So rude. The shop assistant didn’t look up the whole time we were in store, even when asked direct questions. Plus the dog wee on the floor was disgusting. It’s no wonder the shop was empty and the shop a few doors along was abuzz with happy customers.
