The food was fantastic. A bit pricey, but overall great value and tasty! The service was mixed, waitress amazing. The atmosphere felt corporate without flavour.

Beautiful food, great portions, lovely customer service. We got the Angus mince with extras & the Irish breakfast. We were happy with finding a place that was open this early but the food definitely topped it off

Itβs in a Awesome location, Itβs big cafe so there are plenty of tables and they are all spaced out so you are not close to other tables. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly, I was very happy with my vegetarian breakfast I ordered it tasted great !! They make good coffee too!!

The food here is genuinely good, but the front-of-house service was very disappointing. I asked for an extra serviette, but the lady at the checkout ignored my request and just told me βGo back to your table and weβll come to take your order.β Thankfully, a man who seemed to be the owner told me I could help myself at the corner. When I sat down with my friends, no one brought us menus, so I went to get one myself, thinking it would be the same situation as the serviette. I noticed a special menu and was about to take a look and the same man angrily told me βItβs not for you! Sit back down at your table!βand took it from my hand. I asked what the special menu was for, and he mumbled something about βitβs available next week.β My question is if itβs not available for customers yet, why is it placed at the self-service station? Then, while I was finally reading the regular menu, another foh staff came up from behind and, without saying a word, reached over to take the menu out of my hands. I had to stop her and tell her I wasnβt ready yet. Overall, the customer service experience was really poor. I couldnβt help but notice that only the regulars (mostly older white men) seemed to receive friendly service. Again, the food was great, so credit to the back-of-house team. But the front-of-house seriously needs improvement. I hope this honest review is taken as constructive feedback. If I receive rude or dismissive responses (like what Iβve seen on other reviews), I will updating this to a 1-star review.

Excellent place for an all day brunch. We had the vegetarian breakfast and the omelette with spinach, mushroom and cheese. The food was delicious and fresh with huge portions. The service was really prompt and friendly as well. The coffee came out almost immediately and then there was only a short wait for the food. 10/10 will be back.

A popular cafe on a saturday morning. Friendly waitress, seated with a menu promptly. Meals were good, served within 20 minutes. Chicken with chips and salad (spicy chicken). Nothing flash but adequate and yummy! BLT on sour dough great, fish, chips and salad fresh and yummy. Wedges with bacon was great, huge bowl. Coffees were great. Overall, impressed and reasonably priced. (Was shouted so didn't pay) 4 for atmosphere as quite noisy down in the main area as tables quite close but it was busy.

We are from out of town and glad we stumbled across this cafe on our search for breakfast. Food was delicious and service friendly. Well priced too.

The perfect breakfast spot in the heart of Wellington. The Urban eggs are amazing and full of flavour from the homemade (or at least it tastes like it) pesto and curry nuts. The eggs were perfectly runny and the bread itself is very high quality. My boyfriend had the avo on toast which had super fresh tomatoes and was dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, which he gave a rating of two big thumbs up! On top of the great food the service was also good and the server was very friendly. We will be coming back!
