   I was attended to by a very new staff member who was not ready to be seeing patients alone - she struggled with many of the technical aspects of the role. This resulted in a 15 minute skin check taking an hour, and me having to be re-photographed three times, due to her incomplete training. I was not asked if I was willing to be treated by a trainee, and believe I should have been. Still charged full price, of course!

   I went for SkinCheck+, very good experience. My Melanographer was very professional and lovely, explained things in a very clear way. She made me feel respected and safe throughout the whole process. The feedback I got had a lot of details which is reassuring. I can access all my information very easily online. Although it's not cheap, It's worth what it costs and I would definitely recommend it.

   Great and informative experience. Heating was up so it was cozy and comfortable although freezing outside. Everything was explained in a great way - super helpful and the report is so thorough. Everything done for me - I now have a plan to follow and even get reminders when it's time for check ups. I applied my AA discount and did the full check. I do 110% recommend!

   I have been using the molemap service for years, and although I have had great service and contact from them when booking an appointment (spending money - a lot of money) when I recently made contact to update my family history of skin cancer after I found out it was quite prevalent, I didn't hear back for nearly 1 month and after multiple emails. I was concerned about the recent findings and not pleased to have silence after multiple emails. If I was booking an appointment I would have heard back almost instantly. Less than ideal. Only 3 stars due to previous good experiences

   I posted the review, below with one star, then the team at MoleMap got in touch and were quite lovely and willing to listen and put things right. I've now changed my review to 5 stars for this reason. Their willingness to listen and to solve any problems has made me reconsider my choice not to use this service in the future. I rang to cancel an appointment as I am, unfortunately no longer able to afford it, but I was so harassed about it, about whether or not I could afford it Right Now and having a payment plan pushed, that it really has put me off making an appointment in the future, for when I can afford it
