   I had a wonderful massage here for my birthday! The space is much larger than I anticipated and very clean and calming. The massage room itself was quite small, cold, and not very soundproof which might not be so relaxing for some people. The massage itself was great, very professional and thorough. Thank you - will recommend you to others :)

   Champagne Massage, Facial & Foot Scrub Experience We came here for the champagne massage, facial, and foot scrub package. Overall, it was a lovely experience, especially as it was a birthday gift for my friend, who really appreciated it. The massage itself was very relaxing, although as always, it felt a little too short. One small detail I noticed was that the therapist massaged the fingers on one hand but forgot to do the same on the other a minor inconsistency, but worth mentioning. The facial was also really lovely soothing, relaxing, and definitely a highlight of the treatment. We finished with a foot soak and scrub, accompanied by a glass of champagne and some chocolate, which was a nice touch. However, this part of the treatment felt quite rushed it only lasted about 5 to 10 minutes. A longer soak and perhaps a more thorough massage of the feet and legs would have really enhanced the experience. One downside was that the overall session seemed to finish around 10 minutes early, even though it was advertised as a 90-minute treatment. We also felt a bit rushed out at the end, which took away from the otherwise relaxing vibe. Additionally, while the champagne was appreciated, it would have been great if we had also been offered water, especially after a massage. Lastly, I had booked for two people and wasn’t aware that we would be in the same room. It ended up being fine, but it would have been nice to know that in advance, just so we could be prepared. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience with a few small areas for improvement.

   My husband and I had a couples facial today. When you walk into Bodyhaven you automatically feel calm. The atmosphere in there is so peaceful. Our therapists made sure we were comfortable and our whole experience was just so relaxing. We felt amazing after our facial and felt like our skin was glowing. Thank you so much! We’re already excited about our next appointment. Thanks again!

   My partner and I booked in a "Love is in the air" spa package and had an amazing time! We forgot to ask for names, but the lovely ladies who tended to us did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable, relaxed and well looked after. The massage was absolutely perfect in terms of pressure and targeting the right areas for us and the facial was the cherry on top. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and what made it even sweeter was the glass of coconut water and the hershey's kisses at the end. Thank you for an amazing treatment!! We will have a nap now

   The staff were totally unprepared. They didn't talk us through the treatment at all and I had to ask them. Didn't ask about the massage and what pressure, focus areas etc... I did mention at the time of the booking that I am pregnant and whether I could have it tailored to pregnancy - apart from giving me some pillows and it wasn't a pregnancy massage. The environment was very bland and I had to request for music to be put on. No candles (I understand this could be because it's a safey issue?) or any other form of aromatherapy or ambient lighting. There was mould in the corners of the shower. I had swapped the facial for a mani/pedi and the manicure was a truly painful experience as well. My nails were filed so unevenly I had to ask for them to just be cut short in the end. I would have expected a little bit better for the price! I had some good reviews from other people which is why I thought I'd make a booking as a present for my husbands birthday. But after the experience, we've had I wouldn't go back there. I also emailed them twice and didn't hear back. I guess the customer experience isn't a priority for them?

   I did massages booking online which is simple and user-friendly. My only recommendation would be to confirm the bookings as I wasn't sure if my bookings was going ahead or not so I had to call in to check. I went with "Professional Medi-Facial" and "Foot Pampering Ritual". Leni was the one who taking care of these massages. I very much enjoy her company and amazing and relaxing massage. I also love their products as it doesn't cause reactions on my face (sensitive skin). I would definitely go back again.

   Booked the ‘Boss treatment’ for myself and my partner. Staff were friendly, however the treatments were less than satisfactory. If you like a fast vigorous massage definitely the place to go, however for relaxation not so much. Very repetitive movements over and over. Also very noisy during the massage with products and banging draws ect. I had previously been to the Tory street Body Haven, and this was an overall good experience, however not not so much with Willis street.
