My friend and I have been coming to this nail salon for months now and usually love it. Today we went in after booking an appointment (on Christmas Eve) only to sit for 45 minutes after the appointment time to be seen. We then both got the most botched nails we have ever had. After asking for the same nails I received the last time I was in this salon I ended up with a bright pink French manicure. I think that if you go to the trouble of booking an appointment there should be space for said appointment and no rushing to get the nails done.
Really untidy work. Left huge chunks of glue at the back of my nails, (all 10 of them) . I understand a little bit but not the amount that was left behind. This was my first time here and honestly I will NEVER be back. I asked the lady who was doing my nails if she could tidy one of the tips up as there was a gap and she said “this is normal”. Umm no ma’am I get my nails done often and this is not normal. When I asked her to tidy up a nail she started giving me attitude and swapped out with another lady who finished off my nails. I asked the other lady how do I get the glue off the inside of my nails she said “aw it’s no problem”. The glue chunks are very uncomfortable and I’m not sure what to do apart from take the nails off. I now see why they make you pay first, so they can do a rubbish job then just walk away. I paid close to $80 for these… Do not waste your time or money here. Do better.
Very bad service .had 3people to finish the lousy dip manicured. job and the only guy whos working with them is very arrogant .pretending he knows what his doing just to get your money . Very disappointed never going back there .
I had 2 different people doing my nails. One of them was quite rude. The one that did my SNS was nicer but the younger one that did my pedicure was awful. I'm paying a lot of money for the service so the least I could get is a hi when I politely greet you instead of a grumpy stare. The same girl cut my toe quite badly and it wouldn't stop bleeding. It was so painful and she didn't apologise or even acknowledge it. She simply didn't care.
Had to wait a while but they were super busy. Friendly staff and they listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. Love my new nails!
