   was already limping on injured leg and needed something asap from the store and didn't wanna walk around the store tryna find a knee brace. staff was kind enough to direct me straight to the items I needed and purchased. left a happier man knowing I got support for my leg.    I recently visited Bargain Chemist and was assisted by Lineh, who delivered an outstanding level of service. She was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and consistently greeted me with a warm smile. Her welcoming attitude and genuine care made my visit smooth and enjoyable. She takes great pride in her work and goes above and beyond. Lineh is a true asset to the team, and my positive experience was entirely thanks to her. I would gladly return because of the excellent service she provided.

   The customer serviece is just rubbish. If you cant fullfil what you have advertised, then dont wasted people's time and money. Worst yet, giving misleading message and make your customer overspent you are simply consuming your own credibility.

   We went into Bargain Chemist to purchase pregnancy multivitamins and, as usual, were served by the same staff member who has helped us several times before. In the past, we’ve had no issues with price matching — it’s always been approved quickly by the same person. However, this time, when we got to the counter, we were told to wait for the pharmacist to authorise the price match, which would take about 5 minutes. After waiting, we were told the pharmacist was on the phone with a patient and it would take another 5–10 minutes, so we needed to keep waiting. I’m heavily pregnant and only came in for my vitamins, so standing around for that long was uncomfortable and unnecessary — especially since this exact process has been done for us before without needing pharmacist approval. The two girls at the counter didn’t seem willing to help or find a solution. After waiting too long with no end in sight, I decided to leave the vitamins and walk out. Very poor customer service — disappointing and frustrating. We went to chemist Warehouse Ronwood and the same process was done within seconds. Without a pharmacist Authorisation.

   Huge variety of items available similar to its competitors however it needs some further marketing. This is my go to place for reasonably priced men’s grooming items and some other household stuff. It’s located in Supa centa so parking is available but maybe hard to find on a weekend.

   Don’t have a big range. Customer service pretty average. Only 1 staff member on the till on a Saturday morning. Another comes to help but only serves 2 people before going again. Pretty disappointing
