Ordered Baby formula and a few other things online for Fast delivery (within 3 hours). I ordered it at 4pm and still have not recieved it 24 hours later. I have called costantly and have been left on hold for over 20 minutes on more than 2 occasions. The lack of assitance given is extremely poor
Complete subpar service from the staff stationed at the dispensary around 5pm Sun 31/8. Waited for 10 minutes each at both ends of the pharmacy counter to even be acknowledged for a script that was ready for pick up. Upon finally being provided the script was told that some of the items on my prescription were OTC and I had to find these on the shelf myself. This is inconsistent service as I’ve been given basic paracetamol in the past via a put together prescription and never had to go “find it off the shelves”. This was already frustrating after having to wait for 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, then be told that you have to find items as part of your doctors script yourself. They were not common everyday items, there were multiple boxes with the same brand name but different types/dosages and I did not know which was the correct one. Asked the same staff if they can at least point out the item location to me but they couldn’t even be bothered to walk out behind the dispensary to assist - all she could do was point over the shelves in a vague direction and then carried on her work. Utter appalling customer service. Even if something is OTC, if it is part of a formal prescription why are customers being asked to find it themselves? What if we had grabbed the wrong medicine when we’ve never used it before? Approached this staff for verification & feedback and the answer was “we are too busy we cannot help you get things off the shelf”. What complete JOKE - CW can ur employees even hear themselves? Poor staffing management is NOT a customer problem. You run a pharmacy for heavens sake, and have literally exposed your own gaps by admitting that you are too busy to even put a patient’s script together properly. Even if you don’t have capacity to dispense OTC, the very least you could’ve done is the bare bloody minimum of directing customer to the right place. Should have anticipated this level of service from a mass production franchise like CW but did not expect their staff ethics have descended to this extent. Third rate operation at its best.
Disappointing experience with Chemist Warehouse! I bought a hair trimmer that turned out to be faulty, making a strange noise and emitting a burning smell. When I tried to return it, the staff refused to help, citing that the box was opened. This is ridiculous, as you can't test a product without opening it. Poor customer service and a defective product. Wouldn't recommend.
I bought Olay eye collagen cream 2 days ago from this pharmacy was in an hurry so forgot to check the expiry date cz I trusted that pharmacy will never sell expired products. I got shocked when I was unpacking the product Cz it already passed expiry date 2 months ago. This is an awareness to the general public be careful when taking medication from this pharmacy as they are so careless in checking expiry dates. I believe if they are keeping expired creams then might be keeping and selling expired drugs as well.
My favorite place to go to for shaving, skin care and beauty, compression products, Fragrances, eye drops, laundry lotion, gym supplements and body shower lotion needs. Competitively priced and so many locations to chose from. Will be back again.
Your customer service is extremely disappointing. Not only are you charging higher prices than the advertised price tag, but you also fail to update your system with the correct prices. It seems like you are intentionally trying to deceive customers. The staff is unprofessional and poorly trained. The negative reviews accurately reflect the inadequacy of your customer service We use to be regular customers but we will not return due to the poor quality of your service
The pharmacy staff are all rude and lack any form of customer service including all the pharmacist. There is never any hurry for them to service their customers they make you wait for ages just to get someone’s attention. Even when your prescription is ready they will call your name and disappear. If u dare to ask them something the replies are usually defensive and rude. They put special stickers in front of items that are the same price if you look at the back sticker or they will make the old price more and the. Say it’s on special when it’s not. Dishonest and rude people work here
Hlo miss Julin (manager) your way of talking to customers is not acceptable when customers being polite and brought their complaint to you to sort it out. You were telling them it is wastage of time to deal with customer how rude. You need to learn anytime and everytime you are dealing with customer is not wastage of time it is the time to gain customer’s trust and keep them forever. Your behaviour and words “ you can take it higher anywhere’’“was very awfull. Your postion shouldnt be in your mind to disrespect customer when they specially saying we dont want refund and no exchange and they can clearly see in your camera your product was ripped off . Thanks to all other staff and other supervisor being calm and polite thru out tge conversation.

I quickly went back at chemist warehouse and Rachelle you helped me there who escorted me with refund process with a beautiful smile, Customer service experience A+
