   Revoltingly expensive and truly dissatisfied with your buffet. We booked a table of five adults, it was $125 ahead, they advertise it as though you can eat all the fresh seafood you can and show there is a lot more selection of meat and seafood than there actually is. It’s all a lie! It’s all a lie! It’s all a lie! Anyone that’s reading this I was gobsmacked, in my honest opinion watch out don’t go there, over the past 10 years I have gone there in groups on special occasions when they still had Japanese waitresses serving not now, yesterday they said they can serve you out three portions of oyster (it hasn't been cleaned with mud still on the actual oyster) and one portion crab per table only. In my opinion, a buffet should be a buffet, meaning all items in the restaurant should be edible to your heart's content, but it’s not! It’s truly a scam that what they’re showing from their advertising has a lot more items than what was on the actual menu, which was presented to us at our dinner table yesterday. I will send you photos to prove to you how horrible and limited the items are for the outrageous price. Don’t be scammed like me. I felt robbed, unsatisfied and still hungry after going to their buffet, what a disgrace of human negligence and greed.

   We recently dined at Katsura with a group of 12, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and enjoyed by everyone at our table. What truly set the evening apart was the service. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, and we were especially impressed by one of the waiters who was able to kōrero mai with us. That added touch of cultural connection made the experience even more memorable. I’ve already recommended Katsura to at least five people, and I’ll continue to do so. If you’re looking for a place that delivers high-quality kai and outstanding service, Katsura is a must-visit

   The food was very fresh, and the service was excellent. We also ordered the king crab legs, grilled wagyu skewers, and scampi — all were amazing. They even gave us two fresh and sweet oysters per person. The unlimited slipper lobsters were our favorite. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

   We love our Japanese cuisine and I’m glad we came across Katsura as we simply can’t fault the fresh sashimi and delicious hot food including the teppanyaki. We reserved the early slot so lots of items were available and often topped up if they were running low. We would definitely be back for sure.

   Japanese delight! You can feast on as many tempura, sushi, sashimi, oysters, prawns etc as you want. Eight at Cordis is a better buffet for me but the icing on the cake at Katsura is the creme brulee and panna cotta.

   The seafood was fresh and had quite a lot of options. The most impressive part was actually the quality of service from staff members. They were very friendly and nice. It was a bit pricey for the value but seems to be a nice place to visit on a special occasion. Hope they keep up with the same service level.

   Free parking for 2 hours. Located right in the middle of cbd. Gorgeous hotel that leads through the atrium and upstairs to Katsura. Doors closed until the start of the seating time. Fantastic welcome and service from start to finish. 3 gorgeous seating areas catering to intimate, group and larger groups easily. Gorgeous decor and lighting which create a lovely atmosphere. Food, food and more amazing food!!! Beautifully laid out, catching the eye and teasing the tastebuds!!! Attention to consistent topping up of all food areas. Great service in keeping tables cleared of used plates and waste, making the experience feel so much lighter. Everything tasted amazing and hubby loved the ice cream that was bought personally to each patron. The sakē creme brulee are an epiphany moment!!!!! Well worth the price!!!!!!

   Food was just amazing. Very fresh seafood you can have here. Atmosphere was good too. Regarding the service, one of the waiter was very rushing and tried to take our plates. When they were cleaning a table, just loud. Asked chef to cook meat well-done but he cooked medium rare twice. One of the chef wasn't friendly. The lady at the cashier was friendly.
