   I would not recommend this salon for a cut if you have thick or textured hair. After showing Ash a reference photo and clearly asking for only a very small amount off the length, I left with the worst haircut I have ever had. Several inches were taken off, and the layers were extremely uneven and poorly done. Front pieces that I specifically asked not to be cut were cut anyway. I contacted the salon by email and did not hear back for several days, so I then reached out on Instagram. The manager told me the email had been opened but not passed on to her, and that Ash would contact me. Ash did reach out, apologised that I left the salon feeling disappointed, and offered to fix the cut. I asked if the manager could fix it instead, which she attempted to do. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. My hair is now so much thinner and shorter than it used to be, it no longer sits the way it used to, and the layers and sections are still noticeably uneven. At no point was I given a direct apology for the haircut itself. The only apology was that Ash was sorry I left the salon feeling disappointed. Overall, this was the worst salon experience I have ever had. So incredibly disappointing given the prices and reputation of the salon. Photo is from the cut by Ash. My hair was all one length prior to this cut FYI.

   Had the best experience at Hair at Boston! Brook did such an amazing job on my hair — she was super lovely, listened to what I wanted, and absolutely nailed it. I left feeling fresh and confident! Tom, you’ve created such a warm and welcoming vibe in the salon — you can tell the whole team loves what they do. Big thanks to Brook and the crew — I’ll definitely be back!

   Really happy with the results! Thorough consultation beforehand making sure we were both on the same page with suggestions that worked out really well. Great head massage (worth the money!) and a fun yet professional atmosphere in the salon. I suggest to follow them on Instagram as they are hilarious! Hairdresser Brooke made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. Liked the experience soo much I booked for the next two appointments so I didn't miss out feeling fab over Christmas! My new place to go to for my hair....finally a Hairdresser I trust!

She is absolutely amazing, her attention to detail is spot on and I trust her to do her thing and make my vision come to life whether it’s just a trim/some length off or a full on bangs switch up. Would highly recommend!

   Out of all the salons I have ever been too, this is far the best service and professionalism I have experienced. Extremely friendly customer service. I have had my hair done so many times and it always comes out beautiful. People often ask where I go and who does it. The Manager Liz and her team take the time to listen, and create amazing colours and styles. The salon is fresh, and has a lovely atmosphere and you are greeted always with a smile, and friendliness. I HIGHLY recommend this salon and if you want to be treated like a Queen for the day and be pampered, go to Hair at Boston A+++

   I have been going to Hair at Boston for years and love my experience there every single time I go. The girls are all incredibly friendly and efficient with their work. Brooke does my hair and it is always impeccable; the blonde colouring, the styling/blow wave and my time at the basin is all so enjoyable. The salon is clean and has the best vibes. 10/10 would recommend.
