   Left my cat there for 4 days , was well fed, got to run around and socialise with the other cats there . Came back exactly how he was left , no issues at all .

   I should have read the other reviews before sending my cat here. Raewyn was very rude and difficult to deal with from first interaction to last - some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only good thing I have to say is that my cat was still alive when I went to pick him up. Avoid at all costs.

   Be warned... neither you, nor your cat will come away from this "establishment" in a good place. It is genuinely unfair to send your animal to this woman. The saying cruel and unusual comes to mind.

   When I collected my cat he was drooling and his paws were peeling. His eyes were droopy and he was lethargic. The vet said he must have been exposed to some chemicals. Raewyn was difficult to deal with and I will not be going back.

   I WOULD NOT RECOMAND THIS PLACE. Raewyn does not appear to have any empathy for the cats under care. While my cat became unwell, she may no attempt to contact me, even thought she knew I was still in the area. Do not expect your cats to be given any special care. They will only be feed hard cat food, unless you provided something different. If they don't eat this then they will go hungry!!!
