   Friendly staff, have some great products however wouldn't go back for the hairdressers. I went in for highlights and a $100 cut, they spent the whole duration on the colouring and about 10 min at the end for a quick trim. No shaping, layers or much attention at all and felt the highlights weren't any different from what I started with so unfortunately would recommend going elsewhere for the price.

   Twice I’ve had the pleasure of having Melissa do my hair. First was to do my roots and 2 weeks later, foils. She just knew what I wanted. She listened and delivered way more than I expected. Even product recommendation and explanation behind it was informative and helped me understand why I needed it. I highly recommend going to Melissa, her work is AAA++

   Great customer service!! I had the pleasure of having Melissa do my hair- I came in with coloured hair that was hard to work with and the results she gave me were better than I expected. She was attentive and is so bloody good at what she does! Provided me with info for the products I would wanna look at moving forward. The other ladies were patient when I had issues with payment and we're so kind!

   Worst place to get hair done. Worst experience, Had hair style done for my graduation ceremony. The price include hair wash and blow dry too, but don't know what shampoo they used, made my hair completely ruff and dry and even didn't wash my hair properly. And the hair style dropped 10 minutes after I left the salon, I called back to them to notify them and the hair dresser asked me to go back to her but I couldn't as I already left for the ceremony. All she said was "I HAVE DONE MY JOB PROPERLY, ITS YOUR HAIR DOES"T HOLD THE STYLE" I mean seriously, then why you were there to to the style??? That was the rude answer I ever heard from a salon. Ruin my mood and day both. Didnt even use a proper hair spray that holds the style (10 minutes only????) I strongly not recommend this place for anyone who want to get the style done for any occasion, it will ruin your event.
