This is a great place for relaxing, also good for the kids. There are two big waterslides. But it would be good to renovate a bit here and there, but it does not affecting the good experience.
Close to Albany/North Shore. Friendly welcome staff! Lovely indoor pool, plastic table and chairs around with a kiosk that sells hot food and cold drinks. We enjoyed the rock pools and the slide...bit worn out and can do with some maintenance. Safety lifesaver on duty. Overall VERY NEAT and will be back!!
This new playground is amazing! It caters to all ages and stages! Has a few things that cater to specific needs for neuro diverse kids which is fantastic!! Shade for the babies and toddlers in areas, great range of activities, great toilet facilities and also seating and BBQ areas too! This park has it all! A fantastic layout and design, the council got it right!!
Awesome place for the kids. Pool isn't too deep so the little kids love it. Hot spring is very nice and hot
Still worth visiting for the sake of the kids as it's the only decent water slide in Auckland. Abysmal state of disrepair - had nothing invested for decades from the look of it. I do, however, recommend the hot chips!
Loved the slides. The pools were lovely. Kids had a great time. If you're a Rodney resident adult for the Rodney VIP card for reduce entry costs. Good selection of food to buy on site too.
Had an awesome day out for my daughter's bday! She loved every moment. Would have been made even better if the kids zone had of been open.
Parakai is still the same from 20 years ago lol took my nephew there today, it was a nice and quiet day - enjoyed the pools to ourselve for a good 2hrs (probably because it was a week day), utilised the outdoor pool, the relaxation pool indoors, and the hydro-slide. It was a fun day, started picking up around 3pm after school hours.
