Not sure of the the quality of my Windscreen repair... looks to be a quick and dirty Firday afternoon job. Butchered the phone mount suction, and WOF. Lost my FENZ sticker I implicitly asked to be saved. Wipers look to be riding higher than before.
Quick and efficient service. Technician checked filters, wipers, etc as well as replacing windscreen.
Worst service I’ve received: - Took the whole day to replace my windscreen because of a failed chip repair. - They broke a fitting inside my car now I need to go back and get it replaced. - They made marks on the fitting inside my car where they have tried to pry it off. — all of these damages were not made known to me until the very last minute because they failed to calibrate my eye sight. I now have to drive 40km round trip cause they failed to calibrate and have damaged the inside of my car. I refuse to let any of these jokers touch my car again. And I don’t care that I was a Karen this service was an absolute joke because they made so much from my insurance company from this failed chip repair. 0/10

Got my back side triangle window replaced after it had been broken into. Didn't take long to do, they did a good job, was impressed.
Excellent service, real friendly guy, great communication kept me in the loop with timing's. Even offered to drop the car key off to my work if needs be.
The Porirua branch is actually just a space in the Porirua Mall car park. But still got excellent service from Regan. Who worked with panel beater to get my windscreen out, rust fixed, and windscreen back in. During December when places get busy. Much appreciated!
Such a rip off. I was quoted $450 for getting my rear quarter window replaced. When I called supreme screens in lower Hutt, They came over to my place and did a perfect job. All for just $160. Would never go to Smith and Smith again.
